A classic product at El Celler de Can Roca. Made with sourdough fermented slowly for 48h and candied fruit. A moist, airy panettone with its characteristic Christmas flavour.

INGREDIENTS
Wheat flour, butter (pasteurized cream, lactic ferments), water, candied orange (13%) (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), sugar, pasteurized egg yolk, raisins (7%) (sultana raisins and vegetable oil), almond glaze (sugar, rice flour, almond flour, corn starch and wheat starch, natural vanilla flavour), pasteurized egg white, sugar, honey, candied mandarin peel paste (mandarin peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), candied orange peel paste (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), salt, sunflower oil, Panettone enzymes (wheat flour, enzymes), vanilla powder, lemon peel (<2%), natural vanilla flavour, Sweet dough enzymes (dry white wheat flour, enzymes).
