Description
A classic Christmas product at El Celler de Can Roca. Made with sourdough slowly fermented for 48 hours, Casa Cacao chocolate, milk chocolate gianduja and candied apricot. A moist, airy panettone with its characteristic Christmas flavour.

INGREDIENTS
Wheat flour, sugar, butter, water, milk chocolate 28% (cocoa mass, cocoa butter, milk powder, sugar), egg yolks, sourdough starter (7%) (wheat flour, water), honey, cocoa powder, 70% dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier, natural vanilla flavouring), hazelnut gianduja (hazelnut paste, sugar, milk powder, cocoa mass, cocoa butter), diced apricot, malt (malted wheat flour), salt, vanilla, lemon zest, orange zest, panettone glaze (ground almonds, sugar, egg whites, cocoa powder, corn starch).

STORAGE CONDITIONS: Keep in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight or direct heat sources. Ready to eat. Once the original packaging has been opened, keep under the same storage conditions, with the packaging closed, and consume within 15 days.
BEST BEFORE: Best consumed within 40 days from the date of manufacture, provided that it is stored under the conditions stated above.
