Description
Inspired by Jordi Roca's "Toffee Apple" dessert, this is a living memory of a childhood flavour. The perfect balance between the caramelised fruit and the slightly acidic notes of the fresh fruit. Made from caramelised apple compote, green apple paste and milk chocolate.
Format: Individual piece, 300 g.
INGREDIENTS
Milk chocolate coating (46.1%) (sugar, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, cocoa mass, whey powder, milk fat, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor , aroma), apple puree (20%) (green apple (90%), sugar, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, acidifier: citric acid), dark chocolate couverture (cocoa: 60% minimum) (cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), sugar, sunflower oil, cocoa butter, dextrose, glucose powder, butter, glucose syrup, white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, skimmed milk in powder, milk fat, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), invert sugar, thickener: pectin, acidifier: citric acid, preservative: potassium sorbate, colouring: E-120, E-555 and E-172, salt , vanilla powder.
