The plants of the Artemisia genus, so typical of our region, were used to flavour beer in ancient times. We are now bringing this beverage back to its origins, alongside another Mediterranean product, carob, a defining feature of this blend, in an ode to our ancestral culture. Artemisia and carob come together to recreate an age-old and unknown pleasure for the palate: rupestrine beer.
