Inspired by Jordi Roca’s “Anarkia” dessert, this nougat brings together all the flavours of the dessert in a single bite. Made with a cocoa ganache with pieces of caramelised pure cocoa, with a chocolate jelly inside, and a crunchy hazelnut gianduja with popping caramel and wafers.
